Midleton

Palm Tungsten T3 running some stuff and talking happily to porter and vodka over Bluetooth.

Named for Midleton Extra Rare - the finest whiskey I have had the pleasure of. Also my Mum's home town (give or take a mile) in Muster, Co. Cork and home to the largest distillery in Ireland (it used to be the Power's distillery, and came to be where United Irish Distillers consolidated virtually all of the production of their whiskey in the seventies^[note]).

Bought to get me organised, so I can complete my Ph.D. (And have a crack at taking over the world, since I'd be dangerous if I got organised).

Bar Bushmills, which needs the rocks and water where it's made in Antrim, and a token amount distilled at the Bow Street Distillery in Dublin.
